We manufacture a full range of mattresses including foam mattresses, pocket spring mattresses, hybrid mattresses, hotel mattresses, and customized designs based on client needs.

Yes. We provide both OEM (produce according to your brand specifications) and ODM (design and develop new models for your brand) services for global B2B clients.

Absolutely. Our professional R&D team supports custom sizes, firmness levels, materials, and packaging, tailored to your market positioning and brand requirements.

We have a strict Quality Assurance System, including: • Steel wire torsion & spring testing • Sponge hardness & durability testing • Martindale abrasion test • Pressure and compression tests All mattresses meet ENF, ISO, and international safety standards.

Our MOQ is usually 30 pieces per model, but we can be flexible for trial orders or new market testing.

Normally 25–35 days after receiving deposit and confirming design details. For urgent or bulk orders, we can arrange priority production.

We accept Cash, T/T，or other flexible payment options depending on the cooperation terms.

We provide vacuum-compressed, rolled, or flat-pack packaging according to your logistics preference. Our team can handle FOB, CIF, or DDP delivery options.

Yes. We offer warranty and after-sales support for all exported mattresses. Any quality issue will be handled promptly by our customer service team.
